1.Double pump Cementing truck
This truck is mainly used for well-cementing, it also can be used for well-fracturing and well-cleanout.
1Two sets CAT diesel engine and Detroit diesel engine on deck are matched with two sets Allison transmission box and Twin Disc transmission.
2Auto-mixing control system is developed by our company and we have independent intellectual property rights and Chinese-English translating function. It can suitable for different users.
3The microprocessor of auto-mixing system has simulation function, the operator can simulate real cementing operation without cement.
4It has electrical control and safe valve over-pressure protection. It adopts electrical and air control. The rotational speed of engine is dropped after over pressure, the plunger pump stop working.

1CAT diesel engine and Detroit diesel engine on deck are matched with Allison transmission box and Twin Disc transmission, it has the advantage of high transmission efficiency and reliability.
2Auto-mixing control system is developed by our company and we have independent intellectual property rights and Chinese-English translating function. It can suitable for different users. The hardware of control system adopts PLC and color operation terminal, which can self-protect and display in site.
3The microprocessor of auto-mixing system has simulation function, the operator can simulate real cementing operation without cement.

3.400, 500 and 700 type cementing truck
They are mainly used for well cementing, well fracturing, well cleanout.
1.There are two kinds of power transmission methods for special equipment on the chassis: hydraulic and mechanical . The Engine such as Volvo, CAT, Detroit and Cummins can be chosen.
2.The hydraulic transmission can choose the remote controlling system(inner50m) and electric-style over-pressure protection system.
3.It can be made in skid-mounted type.
