We developed the mechanical rig and electrical rig Drill depth is less than 7000m and house power is less than 2000HP, including ZJ15 ZJ20 ZJ25 ZJ30 ZJ40 ZJ50 ZJ70. Rig has various type and full specification

The design and making of rig stick to this principle that is safe, reliably, advanced, convenient and economical. The whole performance conforms to HSE requirements and rule.

The technical performance and parameter of rig accord with the national and industrial standard which are GB 3826.1GB3826.2,SY5609, main components conform to API Spec Q14F6A7K8A requirements.

The integrated performance can meet the requirements of modern drilling technology and it is suitable for oversea drilling.

4drill rig can adopt different  transmission type to be combined: Mechanical drive(high speed diesel engine, hydraulic transmission box, gear compound, medium speed diesel engine hydraulic transmission, and integrated chain box compound)compound driveelectrical drive(VFD or SCR)

(5) The integrated layout is reasonable, and it adopts skid-mounted modular structure, installation and moving is rapid, it can meet the requirements of drilling integrated moving and cluster drilling.  It has the following advantage such as high centralizing and small size. It is convenient to repair, adjust and move.

(6) Various mast and substructure: vertical raising mast, integrated raising and large span K derrick, telescoping substructure, swing up substructure and box-on-box type substructure.

(8) Main brake can adopt belt brake or disc brake; auxiliary brake can use air control and water cooling disc brake or electromagnetism vortex brake. The auxiliary brake of electrical drilling rig can adopt energy-consumption brake. The automatic independent bit feeding system is optional.

(9) Adopts network and information technology,  it is integrative of electrical , air, hydraulic control and monitor, display, which meet driller intelligent and safe control.

(10) Perfect solid control, well control, high pressure manifold system and generator house, air source house, doghouse and mud pump set, which can meet different requirements.
